Welcome to Print2Walls, operated by XWIDE LLC. By accessing or using our website or any of our services, you (“you”, “user”, or “customer”) agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Use. These Terms apply to all purchases, interactions, and services provided by Print2Walls.

Legal Notice:
Print2Walls is a registered trademark of XWIDE LLC under the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). All legal rights are owned and enforced by DBA Print2Walls. Unauthorized use of our brand identity or services is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

1. Nature of Services – Technical Print Execution Only

Print2Walls offers on-demand wall and panel printing services. Customers provide their own artwork, design, logo, photo, or image file, and we technically execute the printing process based on their instruction.

We are not a design agency or creative contributor. We do not modify, create, enhance, license, or review submitted content for legal compliance.

2. Customer's Responsibility for Content

By submitting content for printing, you confirm and agree that:

  • You own the submitted material or hold legal rights and licenses for commercial or personal use.

  • You bear full legal responsibility for any consequences of printing, displaying, or distributing the printed product.

  • You release Print2Walls from any and all liability for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement.

⚠️ Print2Walls is not responsible for any legal issues resulting from user-submitted artwork.
We act solely as a technical service provider executing your request.

3. No Rights Transferred by Print2Walls

Once printed, the resulting physical product is transferred to you for use as you see fit. However:

  • We do not grant or transfer any rights over the original digital design.

  • We do not assume responsibility for how the printed product is displayed, shared, photographed, installed, or published.

You are responsible for complying with building regulations, public display laws, or any permits related to the use of printed materials.

4. Design Consultation & Revision Workflow

  • A 15-minute free consultation is available to help clarify project needs.

  • Design consultations and revisions are provided only to paying customers and are based exclusively on customer input.

  • Once a design is approved for print, changes cannot be made without additional cost.

5. Printing Surfaces & Delivery

Print2Walls offers two primary service types:

  • On-site printing: Directly onto customer’s wall or other surfaces

  • Panel printing: Printed on material like aluminum, acrylic, wood, or composite, then delivered and optionally installed

We do not guarantee compatibility with all surfaces. Any access, preparation, or installation risks (e.g., paint damage, environmental exposure) are customer’s responsibility.

6. Copyright, Trademark, and Licensing Disclaimer

We do not verify ownership of submitted content. It is your responsibility to ensure that submitted content does not:

  • Infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, or other protected rights

  • Contain offensive, illegal, or prohibited materials

  • Require usage licenses that you have not obtained

🛡️ You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Print2Walls and its affiliates from any claim, damage, or dispute arising from content you provided.

7. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • All prices are in USD and payment is due in full before any production.

  • Due to the customized nature of our services, all sales are final.

  • Cancellations are only accepted before production starts.

  • Refunds are not available for completed jobs unless a proven technical error occurred on our part.

If we determine an issue resulted from our machinery or operator error, we may offer a reprint at no additional charge.

8. Limitations of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Any loss of business, profit, reputation, or opportunity

  • Improper or unauthorized use of the final product

  • Surface incompatibility or print degradation due to external factors

Our total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

9. Intellectual Property of Print2Walls

All original content on our website—including our logo, brand, animations, promotional visuals, guides, and technical documents—is the exclusive property of Print2Walls and may not be copied, used, or republished without express written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the current version of these Terms.

11. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed under the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. All legal disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hudson County, NJ.

13. Shipping & Returns for Machines and Supplies

a. Shipping Policy

  • Wall printing machines, spare parts, and consumables (e.g., ink cartridges) purchased from Print2Walls are shipped via insured carriers with tracking.

  • Estimated shipping times and costs will be provided at checkout or via formal quote.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or force majeure.

  • The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and ensuring safe delivery access.

b. International Shipping

  • For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and regulatory clearance.

  • Print2Walls is not liable for packages held, delayed, or refused by customs authorities.

c. Return & Refund Policy

For Machines and Spare Parts:

  • All machine sales are final. Due to the technical and custom nature of our equipment, we do not offer refunds or returns unless:

    • The machine is proven to be defective upon delivery, and

    • A claim is submitted within 7 days of receipt with supporting photos/videos.

  • Replacement parts may be exchanged only if defective and reported within 5 days of receipt.

  • Return shipping for approved exchanges is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

For Inks and Consumables:

  • All ink and consumable sales are final. These items are not returnable or refundable due to storage and contamination risks.

d. Warranty & Technical Support

  • Machines purchased from Print2Walls include a limited warranty, the terms of which are provided at the time of sale.

  • We provide remote technical support and can guide clients through setup, operation, and minor troubleshooting.

  • Misuse, unauthorized repairs, or environmental damage voids warranty coverage.

e. Damage in Transit

  • If your item arrives damaged:

    • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Retain all original packaging and send photos of the damage for insurance claims.

    • We will coordinate a claim with the carrier and may offer a replacement depending on case resolution.

14. Legal Disclaimer

All content, guidance, previews, and sample visuals presented on our website, via consultation, or during project discussions are provided for informational purposes only.

Print2Walls does not provide legal, architectural, or construction advice, and the user should consult with relevant professionals when necessary.

  • Final printed output may vary depending on the surface, lighting, image resolution, and environmental conditions.

  • All visual representations on our website or social media are illustrative only and not a guarantee of specific results.

  • Use of Augmented Reality (AR), NFC, or digital integrations is dependent on third-party technologies. We do not guarantee uninterrupted function or compatibility across all devices.

Use of our website, services, or printed products is at your own risk. Print2Walls shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from use or reliance on our content or services.
